You can order spare parts either through your dealer or direct from us but it’s easier to come direct. We take payment via Paypal – if you don’t have an account we can send you an invoice you can pay online with a credit card. Mech hangers
Mech hangers are £26.50 delivered. You need to tell us the number (stamped on the inside of the dropout – it will be 1-, 2-, 0, 1 or 2) and the type (QR, 12mm, Argon)
Decals
Replacement decals are £15 except for Chrome and Neon Pink which are £17.50. We try to keep black (matt and gloss), silver, chrome and white in stock. Other colours are available at longer leadtimes.
Bearing Kits
Bearing kits are £140, a set of tools £60. We advise that bearing replacement is done by a dealer but don’t insist on it. It’s likely not all bearings and bushings will need replacing at the same time so you may not need a full kit.
Upgrades
Nicolai guarantee to provides spare parts for their frames for a minimum of 10 years and later modifications are nearly always retro-fitable to older frames (except, naturally, travel and geometry changes). If you do break your Nicolai it can almost certainly be repaired at a reasonable cost – this is one of the big advantages of Nicolai making everything in house.
We can also offer a complete refurbishment service with a strip down, powdercoat and full bearing replacement to make your treasured frame like new again. This usually comes in at about £400
